Community Organization Worker 3 positions · Ubuntu, Karibu & Suluhu Program Assistants · Regina, SK Open

We are seeking passionate, community-focused Community Organization Workers to serve as Ubuntu, Karibu and Suluhu Program Assistants. These roles engage African descent and other marginalized communities and the public to strengthen local networks, promote advocacy and education, and build capacity for healthy relationships and social cohesion.

You will facilitate healing-centered dialogues and support spaces that address the impacts of systemic racism and intergenerational trauma. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of respect of human rights for everyone, anti-racism principles, community engagement strategies, and the importance of cultural diversity, positive self-identity, and equitable inclusion.

Facilities Manager GAF-CC childcare centre, office & program facilities · Regina, SK Open

As we expand our operations — including the development of a 90-space childcare centre (Gard’Amie Furaha, GAF-CC), office and community program facilities in Regina — we are seeking a qualified Facilities Manager to lead facility operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Experience managing contractors, renovations, facility inspections, and maintenance programs

Knowledge of building systems, OHS requirements, fire code standards, and childcare facility regulatory compliance (an asset)

Skills in respect of cultural diversity, human rights, and social relationships

Three-month probationary period; occasional evenings/weekends; office + on-site work; competitive compensation commensurate with experience
