Become an associate

Bring your professional expertise to human rights research, education, and service delivery — as part of a vibrant fraternity of African descent professionals and collaborating organizations.

What we mean by “professional associates”

UCAS & ADPA members exemplify moral and ethical attitude, beliefs, values and principles — including honesty, fairness, integrity and accountability, and avoidance of conflict of interest, nepotism and partisan politics.

As part of its programs and services, UCAS & ADPA engages professional associates in employing a multi-disciplinary practice theory centered on Human Rights Values (respect of equality of human dignity, worth and opportunity), Critical Anti-Oppression and Respect of Diversity — in alignment with our vision, values, and mission. We monitor and evaluate our activities and programs to assess impact and ensure sustainable development.
