Theatre for social change

“Karibu” — Swahili for “welcome”

An inter-cultural and inter-generational arts and performing theatre for social change and sports — offering traditional and contemporary African drumming, dance-singing, dialogue and drama (the 4Ds), plus soccer training.

The 4Ds

Join the troupe

A 12–14 week training program

Karibu offers a 12–14 week training program in the 4Ds, culminating in theatre for social change. Open across cultures and generations — no experience needed, just curiosity and commitment.

Karibu also offers soccer training as part of its sports programming.
